1.1.1 Connecting Devices

This app can connect to devices through a WLAN, Bluetooth, or USB connection. When connecting to a device through WLAN, you need to obtain the WLAN SSID, BSSID, and MAC address of the device. The preceding WLAN information is used only for display. If the WLAN information is not provided, the device connection will not be affected. When connecting to a device through Bluetooth, you need to obtain the Bluetooth name, UUID, and MAC address of the device. If the information is not provided, the device cannot be connected through Bluetooth. The preceding data is obtained only during connection, processed locally, and will not be uploaded to the server.

1.1.2 Quick Settings

When setting the grid code, you can provide your location information to automatically obtain the grid code of the area where the terminal is located. If the location information is not provided, you need to manually select the grid code. The location information is obtained only when the app is running. It is processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server.

1.1.3 Optimizer Layout

This app provides the optimizer layout function so that you can view the azimuth, tilt, running status, real-time data, and alarms of the optimizer. When adding an optimizer layout, you can use the camera to take photos and upload them to automatically generate an optimizer layout. Alternatively, you can manually add modules and bind them with optimizers. When binding a module to an optimizer, you can use the camera to scan the QR code on the optimizer, or manually enter the SN of the optimizer. During the process of taking photos or scanning codes, we will not obtain other images. All information is processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server.

1.1.4 Collecting Logs

When you use this app, it will record run log information, including app fault information, your operation information, and information about interaction with devices. After device logs are exported, the app saves a copy of device logs, which may include key running parameters and alarm information of the devices. This app will not collect other logs on your mobile phone without your authorization. All logs are stored locally and will not be uploaded to the server.

2 Required Permissions

Camera: You need to grant the permission to scan the QR codes of devices for login. You need to grant the permission to take pictures of physical layouts of optimizers for uploading. If you do not need preceding services, you can revoke the permission at any time without affecting other services.

Location: You need to grant the permission to obtain the WLAN information when connecting a device through WLAN. You need to grant the permission to automatically obtain the grid code in your area for quick setting of grid code. If you do not need preceding services, you can revoke the permission at any time without affecting other services.

Storage (Android): This app provides the device certificate upload, device update, optimizer layout, and meter configuration import functions. You need to grant the permission to obtain the certificate file, device update file, optimizer layout template images, and electric meter configuration file in the storage medium. If you do not need preceding services, you can revoke the permission at any time without affecting other services.

Photo library (iOS): This app provides the optimizer layout function of the device certificate. You need to grant the permission to obtain the optimizer layout template images. If you do not need preceding services, you can revoke the permission at any time without affecting other services.

Connect to nearby devices (Android)/Bluetooth (iOS):You need to grant the permission to log in to a device through Bluetooth. If you do not need preceding services, you can revoke the permission at any time without affecting other services.

3 How We Process Minors' Personal Information

Our products and services are intended for adults only. Your data is processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server.

4 How We Protect Your Personal Information

Our attaches great importance to the security of personal information. We adopt industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.

5 Information Storage Location and Retention Period

All data is processed and stored locally on the app and will not be uploaded to the server. You can delete local data by clearing the data or uninstalling the app.
